Store Manager in Training - Springfield MO

Store Manager in Training role at Jiffy Lube. After completing the training period, the candidate will provide hands-on leadership, training, safety guidance, motivation, and direction to store teammates to ensure operational objectives, store financial performance, and guest service meet or exceed company goals, while maintaining an energetic and fun working environment. Previous vehicle maintenance experience is preferred but not required. A current and valid driver’s license is required.
