Store Manager in Training - Sierra Vista

Direct store operations and manage a multi-product retail location under District Manager and Retail Director guidance, focusing on collection, processing, and sale of donated and purchased goods. Monitor monthly revenue and expenses to maintain store goals, conduct "Managing by Walking Around" throughout the day, and prepare weekly schedules and daily to-do lists. Ensure high standards of donor and customer relations through prompt service, maintain store security and safety protocols, and oversee all equipment and supply purchases within policy limits. Process donations within 24 hours, generate data reports, handle banking functions, and promote ongoing training via monthly meetings. Supervise staff, review goals and objectives monthly, and ensure adherence to all company policies and safety rules.
