Store Manager in Training

Supervise professional and retail operations of the store and team members, including delivery and installer service specialists, parts, and merchandising. Recruit, hire, evaluate, and promote team members while communicating weekly and monthly meeting information. Train new staff, handle performance evaluations, and recommend pay increases. Make sales calls, maintain delivery fleet records, and ensure safety compliance. Monitor customer returns for abuse, review price matches, and track individual productivity and gross profit. Review monthly P&L statements with the store manager. Complete Assistant Manager Certification and Manager Development Program. Bilingual candidates encouraged.
