Store Manager in Training

Supervise professional and retail operations of the store and team members involved in delivery, installation, and parts merchandising. Collaborate with district and store managers on recruiting, hiring, and evaluating staff while communicating weekly and monthly meeting information. Train new team members, handle performance evaluations, and recommend pay increases. Assist in the hiring process by scheduling interviews and evaluating candidates. Support store operations by ensuring safety compliance, maintaining the delivery fleet, and keeping the store neat and organized. Monitor customer returns for abuse, review price matches, and track individual productivity and KPIs daily. Review monthly P&L statements with the store manager to discuss opportunities.
