Job Summary
Store Manager in Training to assist the store manager with sales, appearance, and overall operations, with the objective of hands-on training for management roles in this store or future locations. Responsibilities include supervising store team members, recruiting and interviewing, evaluating and promoting staff, ensuring safety compliance, scheduling and payroll tasks, maintaining a neat/organized store, handling KPI tracking and P&L discussions with the store manager, making sales calls, and supporting turnover with training and development through an Assistant Manager Certification and Manager Development Program. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply and potential for advancement within O’Reilly Auto Parts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Ability to complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems (preferred)
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired)
