Assist the store manager in supervising operations, including sales, staff training, evaluations, and safety compliance. Responsibilities include recruiting and hiring team members, managing payroll, handling customer service inquiries, and reviewing performance metrics. Requires a high school diploma and strong leadership skills, with mandatory completion of additional certification programs. Ideal candidates are encouraged to possess knowledge of automotive systems and parts.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
- Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
Desired Qualifications
- O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience
- Completed O’Reilly management training program
- Advanced computer skills
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
