Job Summary
As a Store Manager in Training, you will assist the store manager with sales, store appearance, and overall operations, preparing you for a management position. Essential duties include supervising team members, handling hiring and performance evaluations, ensuring compliance with safety training, and managing store operations. You are required to have a high school diploma, strong leadership skills, and completion of certification programs. Desired qualifications include experience at O'Reilly, advanced computer skills, and fluency in Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must complete Assistant Manager Certification
- Sales Specialist Training
- Manager Development Program
- Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
Desired Qualifications
- O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience
- Completed O’Reilly management training program
- Advanced computer skills
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
