Store Manager in Training

Supervise professional and retail operations of the store and team members, including delivery, installer service, parts, and merchandising specialists. Manage recruiting, hiring, evaluations, and promotions while communicating with district and store management. Handle performance evaluations, recommend pay increases, and train new team members. Support store operations by ensuring safety compliance, maintaining delivery fleet records, and keeping the store neat and organized. Make sales calls, monitor customer returns for abuse, review price matches, and track individual productivity and KPI dashboards. Review monthly P&L statements with management. High School Diploma required; Assistant Manager Certification and Manager Development Program completion mandatory. Bilingual candidates encouraged. Competitive wages and paid time off.
