Store Manager in Training

Supervise professional and retail operations of the store and team members, including delivery and installer service specialists. Assist the store manager in recruiting, hiring, evaluating, and promoting team members while communicating weekly and monthly meeting information. Handle performance evaluations, recommend pay increases, and support safety compliance and training. Make sales calls, maintain delivery fleet records, and ensure store cleanliness. Manage electronic scheduling, clocking, and payroll entry functions. Monitor customer returns, review price matches, and track individual team member productivity and KPI dashboards daily. Review monthly P&L statements with the store manager to discuss opportunities. Complete required training programs including Assistant Manager Certification and Manager Development Program.
