Job Summary
Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and overall operations of the store. Supervise store team members and coordinate with district/store management on recruiting, interviewing, evaluating performance, promoting staff, and ensuring safety and training compliance. Participate in hiring processes, scheduling, payroll, and KPI/financial monitoring (P&L) while supporting monthly meetings and communications. Train new staff, manage performance evaluations, conduct customer calls, and help maintain an organized, competitive, and compliant store environment. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
