Store Manager in Training

Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and overall operations of the store. Supervise store team members and coordinate with district/store management on recruiting, interviewing, evaluating performance, promoting staff, and ensuring safety and training compliance. Participate in hiring processes, scheduling, payroll, and KPI/financial monitoring (P&L) while supporting monthly meetings and communications.
