Job Summary
Assist the store manager in overseeing sales and overall store operations while receiving hands-on training for a future management position. Responsibilities include supervising team members, conducting performance evaluations, training new hires, supporting safety compliance, managing store operations, and reviewing performance metrics. Candidates must possess a High School Diploma and excellent leadership skills, along with completion of training programs. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
- Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
Desired Qualifications
- O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience
- Completed O’Reilly management training program
- Advanced computer skills
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
