Job Summary
Assist the store manager in various operational areas, including supervising store and team members, recruiting, training, and evaluating staff. Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety practices and maintaining store organization. Requires completion of management training programs and strong interpersonal skills. Candidates must be willing to learn various store operations, oversee scheduling and payroll, and manage gross profit components.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program
- Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
Desired Qualifications
- O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience
- Completed O’Reilly management training program
- Advanced computer skills
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages
