Job Summary
Store Manager in Training responsible for assisting with supervising store operations, team performance, and initiating hiring, training, and development activities to prepare for a management role at another location. Responsibilities include supervising professional and retail operations, coordinating with district/store management, conducting interviews, evaluating candidates, ensuring safety and training standards, making sales calls, managing the delivery fleet, and monitoring KPIs, P&L, and customer service. Required skills include strong leadership, excellent interpersonal abilities, ability to analyze numeric/alpha data, knowledge of automotive parts/systems, and completion of management-development trainings. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
