Store Manager in Training

Supervise professional and retail operations of the store and team members, including delivery, installer service, parts, and merchandising specialists. Assist the store manager in recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting, and disciplining staff while communicating meeting information and training new team members. Handle performance evaluations, recommend pay increases, and make sales calls with or without the manager. Maintain delivery fleet records, ensure safety compliance, and keep the store neat and organized. Monitor customer returns, review price matches, and track individual productivity and gross profit components. Complete electronic scheduling, clocking, and payroll entry tasks.
