Store Manager in Training

Supervise professional and retail store operations, including delivery/installers, parts specialists, and merchandising. Recruit, hire, evaluate, and discipline team members while communicating weekly and monthly meeting information. Train new staff, handle performance evaluations, and recommend pay increases. Assist in hiring by scheduling interviews and collaborating on candidate selection. Monitor safety compliance, maintain delivery fleet records, and ensure store cleanliness. Make sales calls, manage electronic scheduling and payroll, and track gross profit components. Review customer returns for abuse, analyze price matches, and monitor individual productivity dashboards daily. Review monthly P&L statements with the store manager to discuss opportunities.
