Job Summary
This position serves as a critical training role, where the individual assists the store manager in supervising professional and retail operations, focusing on sales, team management, and store compliance. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
- Must complete Assistant Manager Certification
- Sales Specialist Training
- Manager Development Program
- Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
Desired Qualifications
- O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience
- Completed O’Reilly management training program
- Advanced computer skills
- ASE Certification
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
