Job Summary
Store Manager in Training assists the store manager with sales, appearance, and overall operations, with the objective of hands-on training to prepare for a management position at another store or location. The role includes supervising store team members and executing hiring, training, performance evaluations, and safety/compliance tasks, managing scheduling and payroll, learning to manage gross profit and KPI dashboards, and supporting weekly/monthly manager communications. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Assistant Manager Certification
- Sales Specialist Training
- Manager Development Program
- Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
- Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
