Job Summary
Conduct daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, and scheduling while assisting the Store Manager with supervising department managers, supervisors, and store associates. Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve complaints, and model company standards across all departments. Manage inventory control, merchandising, and promotional displays, ensuring compliance with safety, sanitation, and security protocols. Participate in structured training programs, complete assigned modules, and seek coaching to develop leadership and business management skills. Travel to various store locations and training facilities as needed throughout the training period.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed throughout the training period
- High School Diploma or GED required

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field
- Previous grocery, retail, customer service, or supervisory experience
- Demonstrated leadership potential and desire to advance into retail management
