Job Summary
Store Manager in Training responsible for recruiting and developing store staff, meeting sales goals, coaching and mentoring sales staff, scheduling and supervising employees, controlling expenses, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining a clean and customer-ready store, building customer loyalty, and leading a positive, team-based environment while completing a comprehensive training program to prepare for a future management role.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
