Job Summary
Assists in the management, leadership, and operations of a retail store and donation center; travels to other retail locations within and outside of assigned home district; works with District Manager and Store Managers to develop operational and leadership skills; directs activities to ensure store performance through sales, expenses, payroll, and staff development; supports interviews, hiring, and onboarding; ensures training and orientations are completed; handles daily cash reports, deposits, and compliance with policies; coordinates shipments and product availability; opens and closes the store; processes refunds and handles customer complaints; manages donated goods production and merchandising; maintains positive sales team morale and ensures security and loss prevention; supervises store personnel in the Store Manager’s and District Manager’s absence; follows budgetary guidelines and performs other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- two years of retail management experience
- Valid Driver's License (Class C)
- car insurance
- reliable automobile
