Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, perform merchandising strategies to support sales growth, and manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences over a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program that includes both virtual and hands-on learning. Support the store as a management team member, lead colleagues consistent with CVS values, and accept promotion roles within the designated market. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, with anticipated weekly hours at 45. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through structured growth with District Leaders, HR Business Partners, and Store Manager coaches.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Retail management experience
- Experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
