Store Manager in Training

Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role over a 16‐week, self-paced, collaborative training period with virtual and hands‐on learning. Develop as a leader with guidance from an internal support network, including District Leader and Store Manager coach. Key responsibilities include communicating effectively to lead the team, delivering high levels of customer care, executing merchandising strategies to grow store sales, and managing store inventory and assets to protect profitability. The program requires active engagement with leadership experiences, supporting the store as a management team member, and aligning with CVS values. Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager in the designated market and to transfer to CVS Pharmacy stores as needed. Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs. Education: High School diploma or GED required; four‐year degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of a degree. Anticipated weekly hours: 45.
