Job Summary
Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth, manage inventory and assets to maintain profitability, and perform customer care duties to provide high levels of service. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences over a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program to develop leadership skills. Support the store as a management team member, lead colleagues consistent with CVS values, and engage staff in support of the company's purpose. Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market. Anticipated weekly hours are 45, with a full-time schedule that may vary based on business needs. This development-focused role prepares candidates for a CVS Store Manager position through virtual and hands-on learning experiences.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
