Job Summary
Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop you toward a CVS Store Manager role over 16 weeks with a mix of virtual and hands-on learning, mentorship from a District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach; responsibilities include leading a team, delivering customer care, executing merchandising strategies to grow store sales, managing inventory and assets, and supporting the management team while developing leadership capabilities for future promotion. Requires strong verbal/written communication, willingness to take on promotion roles within the designated market, and availability to work a schedule that varies with business needs. High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred; retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience encouraged; anticipated weekly hours 45; full-time position with a comprehensive benefits package.
