Job Summary
SMIT program to develop into CVS Store Manager through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning. Responsibilities include leading and supporting the team, delivering customer care, executing merchandising strategies to drive store sales, and managing inventory and store assets. The role involves active engagement with leadership (District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, Store Manager coach), communicating effectively, and promoting a culture aligned with CVS values. The program expects willingness to accept promotion roles within the designated market, transfer to other CVS stores as needed, and scheduling flexibility. Prerequisites include a High School diploma or GED; a four-year college degree is preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree; retail management experience or CVS Supervisor experience is noted. Selection does not guarantee promotion; promotion depends on performance and openings. Anticipated weekly hours: 45. Required Qualifications
