Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, manage store inventory and assets, and implement merchandising strategies to support sales growth. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences during the 16-week self-paced training program to develop as a future store leader. Support the management team and lead colleagues consistent with CVS values while accepting promotion roles within the designated market. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs. This development-focused role prepares you for a Store Manager position through virtual and hands-on learning experiences supported by your District Leader and Store Manager coach.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
