Responsibilities include leading a team, delivering excellent customer care, executing merchandising strategies, and managing store inventory and assets to support profitability. The role emphasizes growth toward a CVS Store Manager position, with structured learning experiences, performance-based promotion considerations, and flexibility to transfer within the designated market. Willingness to accept promotion to Store Manager at any location in the market and to relocate within the designated market as needed. Schedule may vary based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
