Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, perform merchandising strategies to support sales growth, and manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences over a 16-week self-paced training program to develop leadership skills. Support the store as a management team member while engaging colleagues in the company's purpose of helping people on their path to better health. Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, with anticipated weekly hours of 45.
Required Qualifications

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Retail management experience
