Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability, and perform merchandising strategies to support sales growth. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences over a 16-week self-paced training program to develop leadership skills. Support the store as a management team member, lead colleagues consistent with CVS values, and accept promotion roles within the designated market. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs. This development-focused role prepares candidates for a Store Manager position through collaborative training with District Leaders and Store Manager coaches.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A high school diploma or GED is required

- Four year college degree
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
