Store Manager in Training

Store Manager In Training (SMIT) is a development-focused program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position over 16 weeks, featuring self-paced and collaborative training with both virtual and hands-on components. You will work with leaders across the organization, develop in areas such as leadership, customer service, merchandising, and inventory management, and participate in Key Learning Experiences to progress toward store leadership. The role requires strong verbal and written communication, the ability to engage teammates, support store operations, and be willing to accept promotion roles within the designated market. A four-year college degree is preferred or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree; a high school diploma or GED is required. The pay range for this full-time role is $18.50-$23.88 per hour, with comprehensive benefits and a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
