Store Manager In Training

Conduct customer care duties, execute merchandising strategies to support sales growth, and manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences during a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program that includes virtual and hands-on learning. Support the store as a management team member, lead colleagues consistent with CVS values, and engage them in support of the company's purpose. Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
