Job Summary
SMIT program to develop future CVS Store Manager through a 16-week structured training with virtual and hands-on experiences. The role supports leadership development in communication, customer care, merchandising execution, and inventory/asset management, guided by District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach. Candidate should be willing to accept promotion roles within the market and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market. Full-time schedule with paid benefits and a path toward store leadership; program does not guarantee promotion to Store Manager. Expected to collaborate with leaders and peers to drive store sales growth and customer service excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Anticipated Weekly Hours 45
