Store Manager in Training

Execute merchandising strategies to support store sales growth and manage inventory to maintain profitability while performing customer care duties to provide high levels of service. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences during a 16-week self-paced training program that includes both virtual and hands-on learning. Support the store as a management team member, lead colleagues consistently with CVS values, and engage them in support of the company's purpose. Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
