Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, perform merchandising strategies to support sales growth, and manage store inventory and assets while acting as a management team member. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences over a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program that includes both virtual and hands-on learning experiences. Support your store as a future Store Manager In Training, accepting promotion roles within the designated market and working a schedule that may vary based on business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Retail management experience
- Experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
