Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, perform merchandising strategies to support sales growth, and manage inventory and assets to maintain profitability. Actively engage with your District Leader and Store Manager coach in Key Learning Experiences over a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training program. Support the store as a management team member, lead colleagues consistent with CVS values, and be willing to accept promotion roles with the market and transfer to other designated CVS Pharmacy stores. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, including up to 45 weekly hours. This development-focused role prepares you for a CVS Store Manager position through virtual and hands-on learning experiences supported by a dedicated team of leaders and coaches.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A high school diploma or GED is required

- Bachelor's Degree
- A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
