Job Summary
Development-focused Store Manager in Training program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role over 16 weeks, with both virtual and hands-on learning experiences. You’ll work with a leadership team including your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and your Store Manager coach. Responsibilities include communicating effectively to support and lead the team, executing merchandising strategies to drive store sales, performing customer care duties to deliver high levels of service, and managing store inventory and assets to maintain profitability. The program emphasizes collaboration, growth toward leadership, and readiness for promotion to store management, with willingness to accept promotions within the designated market; the schedule may vary based on business needs. This is a full-time role with a base pay range of $18.50-$26.25 per hour (annualized to $38,480–$54,600 for 2080 hours), and comprehensive benefits after eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Bachelor's Degree Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A high school diploma or GED is required - A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
