Store Manager in Training

SMIT program to prepare for a CVS Store Manager: a 16-week, self-paced, collaborative training with virtual and hands-on learning, supported by a district leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach. Duties include leading and developing a team, providing high levels of customer care, executing merchandising strategies to grow store sales, and managing store inventory/assets to maintain profitability. Candidates should be willing to accept promotion to Store Manager in the market, able to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores, and capable of working a schedule that may vary. Requires High School diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred or relevant work experience in lieu of degree. Anticipated weekly hours 45; full-time; pay range $18.50-$23.88/hour with comprehensive benefits.
