Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability, and implement merchandising strategies to support sales growth. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences over a 16-week self-paced training program while supporting the store as a management team member. Lead colleagues consistent with CVS values and policies, demonstrating willingness to accept promotion roles and transfer to other designated market locations. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, reporting to a District Leader and Store Manager coach. This development-focused role prepares candidates for a Store Manager position within the CVS Health® organization.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A high school diploma or GED is required

- Bachelor's Degree
- Four year college degree
- Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
