Job Summary
Store Manager In Training (SMIT) is a development-focused program designed to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager role over 16 weeks. The program offers virtual and hands-on learning with guidance from District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and a Store Manager coach. Responsibilities include supporting the management team, executing merchandising strategies, delivering customer care, and managing store inventory and assets to maintain profitability. You are expected to engage with leaders, participate in learning experiences, and potentially accept promotion roles within the designated market; transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores may be required. The role requires a schedule that may vary based on business needs and a base pay range of $18.50-$23.88 per hour, with comprehensive benefits offered for full-time employees. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
