Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, manage store inventory and assets, and implement merchandising strategies to support sales growth. Actively engage with your District Leader and Store Manager coach in Key Learning Experiences during a 16-week self-paced training program. Lead the store as a management team member while preparing for potential promotion to Store Manager within the designated market. Work a schedule of approximately 45 weekly hours that may vary based on business needs. This development-focused role is designed to enhance your career path toward leadership within CVS Health.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Retail management experience
- Experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A four year college degree is preferred, or relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a college degree
