Job Summary

The Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program prepares you for a CVS Store Manager role through a 16-week, self-paced and collaborative training with virtual and hands-on experiences. You will develop leadership and store-operations skills including verbal and written communication, customer care, merchandising, and inventory/asset management while being supported by a District Leader, HR Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach. You will engage in learning experiences to support promotion to store leadership, with willingness to transfer to stores within the designated market and accept promotions as openings arise. This full-time development position includes a comprehensive benefits package and a pay range of $18.50-$23.88 per hour, with actual offers determined by experience, education, geography and other factors.

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED
  • Bachelor's Degree Retail management experience, or experience as a CVS Supervisor
