Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees while managing site cleanliness, inventory, and merchandising standards. Develop action plans to maximize sales and net profits by analyzing daily P&L data, forecasting budgets, and safeguarding cash flow. Supervise store operations to ensure accurate reporting, proper pricing, and attractive displays. Resolve customer complaints professionally and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and the local community. Schedule staff to optimize service levels and lead daily operations with minimal direction. Perform outdoor tasks such as cleaning parking lots and gas pumps as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job description
- Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description
- Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, which includes analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
Desired Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED preferred
- Experience in retail sales preferred
