Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees while managing site operations to ensure cleanliness, stocking, and adherence to company standards. Analyze daily sales and expense information to maximize net profits, budget P&L lines, and safeguard all financial transactions. Develop specific action plans to address site needs, maintain accurate reporting, and resolve customer complaints professionally. Schedule staff within company guidelines to optimize service and supervise merchandise display and pricing. Work indoors and outdoors in various conditions, including cold temperatures and noise, with minimal direction.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in retail sales
- A valid driver's license
- adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job description
- Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description
- Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, which includes analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
Desired Qualifications
