Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees while managing site operations to ensure cleanliness, stock levels, and professional image. Develop action plans to maximize sales and net profits by analyzing daily financial data, budgeting P&L lines, and safeguarding all cash transactions. Supervise store staff on safety procedures, customer service standards, and equipment use while resolving complaints and maintaining positive relationships with suppliers. Work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions, including cold temperatures and noise, with minimal direction. Schedule staff to optimize customer service and maintain site standards.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in retail sales
- A valid driver's license
- adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job description
- Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description
- Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, which includes analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
