Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees while developing and assigning tasks to ensure the site is clean, stocked, and organized per Company standards. Manage store operations by scheduling staff, analyzing daily sales and expense information, and budgeting P&L lines to maximize net profits. Supervise merchandise stocking, pricing, and display while safeguarding all cash received and disbursed. Resolve customer complaints promptly and maintain professional relationships with suppliers and the neighboring community. Prepare performance appraisals, train staff on safety and marketing execution, and establish ongoing communication meetings with Market Manager. Work indoors with occasional outdoor duties for cleaning and cold temperature exposure.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Experience in retail sales
- A valid driver's license
- adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job description
- Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description
- Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, which includes analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
