Job Summary
Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees while managing site operations to ensure cleanliness, proper stocking, and adherence to company standards. Schedule staff to maximize customer service, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and the community. Analyze daily sales and expense data to forecast P&L lines, manage merchandise margins, and safeguard all financial transactions. Prepare performance appraisals, conduct safety training, and communicate regularly with staff and market leadership. Work indoors with occasional outdoor duties for cleaning and maintenance in varying temperatures. Full-time role with a flexible schedule and a salary range of $19.00 to $19.25.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid driver's license
- Adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings
- Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English
- Experience to perform the essential duties, responsibilities and working in the conditions described below
- Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment, tools and materials listed in the Customer Service Representative (CSR) and Assistant Site Manager (ASM) job description
- Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR and ASM job description
- Ability to use computer, or acquire those skills necessary to use a computer at the site, which includes analysis of reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
