Job Summary
Learn all aspects of store operations and leadership; train today, lead a store tomorrow. Supports hiring, onboarding, and employee training; assist with scheduling, inventory, merchandising, and daily operations; develop teams and drive store results; learn to manage financial performance and deliver excellent customer service while helping create a positive store culture. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Leadership experience in retail, food service, hospitality, or related field preferred
- Willingness to train for and lead a new Beck's location
- Strong communication and people skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable making decisions and solving problems
- Team-oriented leader who leads by example
- Retail management experience is a plus, but training provided
