Job Summary
Execute customer care duties, perform merchandising strategies to support sales growth, and manage store inventory and assets to maintain profitability. Actively engage with your leader in Key Learning Experiences within the 16-week self-paced training program to develop leadership skills. Support the store as a management team member while engaging colleagues in support of the company's purpose. Be willing to accept promotion roles with the market and transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores within the designated market. Work a schedule that may vary based on business needs, with anticipated weekly hours of 40.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Willingness to accept promotion roles with the market that you work in
- Ability to transfer to other CVS Pharmacy stores located within the designated market
- Ability to work a schedule that may vary based on business needs
- Bachelor's Degree
- Retail management experience
- Experience as a CVS Supervisor
- A four year college degree
- Relevant work experience
