STORE MANAGER at Dollar General in Tigerton, WI. Responsible for the management of all employees and the effective planning and implementation of store processes including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support. Recruit, select and retain qualified employees, provide training, conduct performance evaluations, and address gaps through counseling or termination as needed. Oversee staffing, opening/closing, and ensure store security and cash handling integrity. Monitor operating statements for sales, profitability, and inventory trends; manage stock replenishment, pricing, signage, and merchandising; maintain inventory accuracy and physical store conditions.
