Job Summary
Store Manager responsible for the management of all employees in the effective planning and implementation of store processes, including ordering, receiving, stocking, presentation, selling, staffing and support. Recruits, selects and retains qualified employees, provides training and conducts performance evaluations, and makes recommendations regarding pay and advancement. Ensures proper staffing, safety, compliance with policies, opening/closing routines, inventory management, cash handling, and customer service leadership. Requires strong knowledge of cash handling, inventory management and merchandising practices, and effective communication and problem-solving skills. High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred with one year of management experience in retail preferred. Bilingual Spanish speakers may be preferred in some locations.
Required Qualifications
